                            RESOLUTION NO.   19763    
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH WALLACE TILE, 
                   RELATIVE TO SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED IN THE 
                   DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENT, FOR A 
                   CONSIDERATION OF ELEVEN THOUSAND, ONE 
                   HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($11,169.00), OF WHICH FOUR THOUSAND AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,000.00) IS TO BE TAKEN 
                   FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND AND THE REMAINDER 
                   FROM THE GENERAL SERVICES R & R ACCOUNT.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Wallace Tile for services to be performed within 
       the Data Processing Department for a consideration of $11,169.00, 
       of which $4,000.00 is to be taken from the Contingency Fund and 
       the remainder from the General Services R & R Account.
